By booking a service, paying any invoice/retainer, accessing your Aryeo gallery, downloading media, or confirming by text/email (including replying “AGREE”), you accept these Terms of Service.
All real estate media (photos, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, etc.) is delivered through Aryeo, a secure professional media delivery platform.
You will receive a private Aryeo gallery link once post-processing is complete. Final deliverables are uploaded based on the package and add-ons selected.
Full payment is required before any downloads are enabled in Aryeo.
Aryeo accepts secure online payments through the methods enabled by Cinerey Studios (e.g., credit card).
Download permissions activate automatically once payment is confirmed.
Late payments: If an invoice remains unpaid after 7 calendar days from delivery, Cinerey Studios may apply a late fee of 2% per month (24% annually) where permitted and/or pause access until paid.
You are encouraged to download and save all files immediately after payment.
Square Footage: Sq Ft Notice: Pricing is based on total finished sqft (all levels incl. basement). If actual sqft exceeds the selected tier, the invoice will be adjusted.
Taxes: Applicable taxes are added to all invoices and apply to services, add-ons, travel/return fees, and late fees where permitted (e.g., 5% GST in Alberta, 13% HST in Ontario).
Coupons/Promos: Promo codes are typically one-time use, may be limited to new clients, may be restricted to specific products/regions, cannot be combined, and are applied before tax. Cinerey Studios may void a promo code if it is used outside stated terms.
The property must be photo-ready at the scheduled start time (cleaned, staged, decluttered, trades completed, pets secured).
If Cinerey Studios is delayed due to the property not being ready, access issues, trades on-site, waiting time, or client-requested pauses, Cinerey Studios may charge:
Any requested additional services not included in the original booking may be invoiced separately.
Delivery timelines are based on the turnaround shown on the booked service/bundle and begin once the shoot is completed.
If client selections are required (proofing/favorites), turnaround begins once selections are received.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to schedule and availability.
Deliverables include only what is listed in your confirmed package and add-ons.
Photo Counts / Caps: Packages include up to the photo count listed in the selected tier. Additional delivered images beyond the included amount are available for an added fee and may be offered via an “Additional Edited Photos” add-on.
Photos are delivered edited and export-ready for MLS/web/social use.
RAW photos and unedited footage are not included unless purchased and confirmed in writing.
Cinerey Studios is not responsible for quality loss caused by third-party platform compression (MLS, Zillow, Instagram, etc.).
Floor plans and measurements are provided for real estate marketing and informational purposes and are not a legal survey.
Where RMS/GLA measurement services are purchased, Cinerey Studios follows a consistent workflow appropriate to the region and the selected service. Any stated accuracy levels are targets, not guarantees, and may vary due to site conditions, accessibility, renovations, and property complexity.
Video deliverables follow the product’s stated format and length limits (e.g., MLS Walkthrough Video, Social Media Reel) and include the edits described in the purchased product.
Licensed/royalty-free music is used unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may optionally add trending audio in-app after delivery.
Voiceover is client-provided unless purchased as an add-on.
RAW footage is not included unless purchased and confirmed in writing.
Upon full payment, Cinerey Studios grants the purchasing client a limited, non-transferable license to use the media only to market the photographed property.
Media may not be resold, transferred, sublicensed, or reused for future listings.
Media may not be provided to third parties (e.g., builders, stagers, designers, contractors, other agents) for their marketing without written permission and additional licensing.
If the property is relisted with a different agent, a new license is required.
Commercial use (builder marketing, product advertising, paid brand campaigns, etc.) requires separate licensing.
One (1) round of minor revisions is included if requested within 3 business days of delivery (e.g., small exposure/color tweaks, minor perspective correction).
Advanced edits (object removal, item replacement, sky replacements, heavy retouching, compositing, branding overlays, major cleanup) may incur additional charges.
Additional revision rounds beyond the included round may be billed.
Please submit edit requests via email or within Aryeo where applicable.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $45 cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-access/no-show may be charged 50% of the booked total.
Reschedules due to weather/safety (including drone restrictions) will be moved to the next available date.
Cinerey Studios may reschedule due to illness, equipment failure, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Aerial services are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, NOTAMs, and safety considerations.
If aerial cannot be completed due to restrictions or safety, Cinerey Studios will either:
If a return visit is required, a return visit fee may apply depending on location and scheduling.
Aryeo galleries and downloadable files are hosted for 12 months from delivery. After 12 months, re-hosting/re-uploading from archive may incur a $49 retrieval fee (if available).
Matterport Hosting: Matterport 3D tours are hosted according to the product description (commonly 3 months unless stated otherwise). Hosting extensions may be purchased, or the tour may be transferred to the client’s Matterport account (where possible).
Galleries are delivered through a private link and are not publicly searchable unless you share the link.
Unless you opt out in writing before the shoot, Cinerey Studios may use select media for portfolio/marketing purposes (website, social media, ads).
Due to the time and customization involved, all sales are final once media is delivered and made available.
If you experience a technical issue with files, notify us within 48 hours and we will re-deliver or correct the issue where reasonable.
Cinerey Studios may use trained subcontractors to complete services. Timelines may be affected by weather, safety, access limitations, or conditions outside reasonable control.
Cinerey Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost sale, lost profit, MLS rejection, etc.).
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
