TERMS & CONDITIONS

CINEREY STUDIOS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Version 2.0
Effective Date: July 24, 2026

Welcome to Cinerey Studios.

Our goal is to provide professional, reliable, and high-quality real estate media services while maintaining clear expectations for everyone involved.

By booking a service, paying an invoice or retainer, accessing an Aryeo gallery, downloading media, confirming a booking by text or email, replying “AGREE,” or otherwise using media created by Cinerey Studios, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all photography, videography, drone services, floor plans, measurements, 3D tours, property websites, virtual staging, AI-assisted editing, digital media, and related services provided by Cinerey Studios unless different terms are confirmed in writing.

1. Services and Deliverables

Cinerey Studios provides real estate media and related visual marketing services.

The services and deliverables included in each project are limited to those identified in the confirmed booking, quotation, invoice, package, or selected add-ons.

Examples may include:

  • Interior and exterior photography
  • Aerial photography and video
  • Listing videos and social media reels
  • Floor plans and measurements
  • iGUIDE or Matterport services
  • Property websites
  • Virtual staging
  • Digital twilight editing
  • Seasonal editing
  • Object removal or image enhancement
  • AI-assisted editing
  • Other agreed media services

Services not included in the original booking may be added to the invoice and are subject to availability.

2. Delivery Through Aryeo

Real estate media is generally delivered through Aryeo, a professional media delivery and property-marketing platform.

Once post-production is complete, the client will receive access to a private Aryeo gallery containing the deliverables included with the purchased services.

Cinerey Studios may use another reasonable delivery method when necessary.

Property websites, galleries, virtual tours, floor plans, and other hosted products may rely on third-party service providers. Cinerey Studios cannot guarantee the uninterrupted or permanent operation of third-party platforms.

3. Payment and Download Access

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before downloadable media is released.

Aryeo may accept secure online payments through the payment methods enabled by Cinerey Studios. Download access generally activates automatically after payment is successfully confirmed.

Alternative payment arrangements, including electronic transfer, must be approved by Cinerey Studios. Access may require manual activation after an alternative payment is received.

Cinerey Studios may withhold downloads, remove download permissions, suspend hosted services, or pause future work while an account remains unpaid.

Clients are encouraged to download and securely store all delivered media immediately after receiving access.

4. Late Payments

Unless different invoice terms are provided, invoices are due according to the due date displayed on the invoice.

If an invoice remains unpaid seven calendar days after delivery or its stated due date, Cinerey Studios may apply a late charge of 2% per month, equivalent to 24% per annum when calculated without compounding, where permitted by law.

Cinerey Studios may also suspend gallery access, hosting, licensing rights, future bookings, or ongoing services until the outstanding balance is paid.

The client remains responsible for reasonable collection costs incurred in recovering an overdue balance, where permitted by law.

5. Pricing, Square Footage and Property Details

Pricing is based on the information provided when the service is booked.

Unless otherwise stated, square-footage pricing is based on the property’s total finished area, including all finished levels and finished basement areas.

If the actual property size, finished area, number of structures, travel requirements, scope of work, or requested services exceed the information selected during booking, Cinerey Studios may adjust the invoice to reflect the correct service tier or additional work required.

The client is responsible for providing accurate booking information. Cinerey Studios is not required to honour pricing resulting from an incorrect property size, incomplete property description, technical error, or obvious pricing mistake.

Detached garages, workshops, garden suites, secondary dwellings, extensive outbuildings, large properties, commercial spaces, amenities, or additional structures may require separate pricing.

6. Taxes, Travel Charges and Additional Fees

Applicable taxes are added to invoices as required.

This may include:

  • 5% GST for services supplied in Alberta
  • 13% HST for services supplied in Ontario
  • Other applicable taxes based on the place of supply

Taxes may apply to services, add-ons, travel charges, return visits, editing fees, hosting extensions, archive retrieval, cancellation charges, and other taxable amounts.

Travel charges may apply outside Cinerey Studios’ regular service area. Any known travel charge will normally be disclosed before the booking is completed or added when the actual location is confirmed.

7. Promotions, Discounts and Complimentary Services

Promotional codes and introductory offers may:

  • Be limited to one use
  • Be available only to new clients
  • Apply only to qualifying services or regions
  • Have an expiry date
  • Exclude certain add-ons
  • Be applied before tax
  • Be non-transferable
  • Be unavailable for combination with another offer

Cinerey Studios may reject or remove a promotion used outside its stated conditions.

Complimentary services, free edits, discounts, promotional extras, courtesy work, special pricing, re-delivery, archive assistance, and other goodwill accommodations are provided at the discretion of Cinerey Studios.

A complimentary service or exception does not create an entitlement, contractual precedent, or expectation that the same service, pricing, revision, accommodation, or exception will be provided on future projects.

8. Scheduling and Access

The client is responsible for ensuring that Cinerey Studios has safe, timely, and lawful access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

Access instructions, lockbox information, alarm instructions, parking details, tenant requirements, building access procedures, and special property conditions should be provided before the appointment.

The client confirms that they have obtained any permission required for Cinerey Studios and its photographers, operators, subcontractors, or assistants to enter and photograph the property.

Cinerey Studios is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by:

  • Incorrect access information
  • Missing keys
  • Malfunctioning lockboxes
  • Active alarms
  • Uncooperative occupants or tenants
  • Restricted rooms
  • Building-access limitations
  • Unsafe conditions
  • Pets
  • Trades or cleaners working on-site
  • Other circumstances preventing normal access

9. Property-Ready Requirement

The property must be fully photo-ready at the scheduled start time.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Cleaning and decluttering
  • Completing staging
  • Removing personal or sensitive belongings
  • Securing pets
  • Completing construction or repair work
  • Removing tools and construction materials
  • Turning on working lights
  • Opening requested blinds or curtains
  • Clearing vehicles where required
  • Providing access to all requested areas
  • Ensuring trades, cleaners, occupants, and contractors have finished their work

Cinerey Studios photographs the property in the condition presented at the time of the appointment.

Photographers are not responsible for cleaning, organizing, staging, making beds, removing garbage, washing surfaces, concealing defects, performing repairs, handling personal belongings, or moving heavy, fragile, valuable, hazardous, or oversized objects.

Minor adjustments may be made at the photographer’s discretion when time and safety allow, but this is not guaranteed.

10. Waiting Time, Delays and Return Visits

If the photographer is delayed because the property is not ready, access is unavailable, trades remain on-site, occupants are not prepared, pets are unsecured, or the client requests that work pause, Cinerey Studios may charge waiting time of:

$45 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

If the appointment cannot reasonably be completed and a second visit is required, Cinerey Studios may charge:

A $99 return-visit fee, plus travel charges and the cost of any services or add-ons that must be repeated.

Return visits required because of property changes, renovations, flooding, construction, replacement furnishings, seasonal changes, missed areas, client instructions, or conditions outside Cinerey Studios’ control are treated as new services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be provided as early as possible.

Cinerey Studios may charge:

  • $45 for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice
  • Up to 50% of the booked project total for same-day cancellations, no-shows, denied access, or appointments that cannot proceed because the property is not ready
  • Any non-refundable costs already incurred for travel, subcontractors, permits, rentals, editing, or third-party services

A rescheduling or cancellation charge may be waived at Cinerey Studios’ discretion.

Weather-related rescheduling will be handled according to the services affected. Interior services may still proceed even when exterior or aerial conditions are unsuitable.

Cinerey Studios may reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergency, equipment failure, unsafe conditions, severe weather, transportation interruption, or another circumstance outside its reasonable control.

12. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates based on the service or package purchased.

Delivery timelines are based on the turnaround shown for the booked service or package and begin at the end of the day the shoot is completed, provided:

         • Required access has been provided.

         • Required client information has been received.

         • Required selections or approvals have been submitted.

         • Any applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.

Where proofing or client selections are required, turnaround begins at the end of the day the completed selections are received.

Turnaround may be affected by project size, requested revisions, weather, drone restrictions, editing complexity, high-volume periods, third-party processing, equipment issues, internet outages, holidays, or circumstances outside Cinerey Studios' reasonable control.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee but is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

13. Photo Deliverables and File Specifications

Photo packages include up to the number of final edited images stated in the selected service tier.

The final number of delivered images may depend on the property’s size, layout, condition, features, duplicate compositions, and the photographer’s professional judgment.

Images beyond the package’s included limit may be available through an additional-edited-photo add-on or a revised package tier.

Photos are normally delivered as edited, export-ready digital files suitable for their intended MLS, website, and social-media use.

RAW files, source files, layered project files, unedited photos, unused photographs, and intermediate edits are not included unless separately purchased and confirmed in writing.

Cinerey Studios is not responsible for reduced resolution, cropping, colour shifts, compression, playback issues, processing, rejection, or quality loss caused by MLS systems, social-media platforms, listing websites, devices, browsers, messaging applications, or other third-party services.

14. Video Deliverables

Videos are produced according to the format, orientation, approximate duration, features, and editing level described in the purchased service.

Final duration may vary depending on the property, captured footage, pacing, selected music, narration, and creative requirements.

Cinerey Studios retains reasonable creative discretion over:

  • Shot selection
  • Sequence and pacing
  • Colour grading
  • Transitions
  • Music selection
  • Titles and graphics
  • Editing style
  • Final duration within the purchased product’s limits

Licensed or royalty-cleared music is used unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Music availability can vary by platform, region, account type, and licensing arrangement. Cinerey Studios does not guarantee that a particular song or audio track will remain available on every platform.

Clients may add trending or platform-native audio after delivery where appropriate.

Voiceover, scripts, on-camera presentation, captions, additional orientations, alternate edits, and RAW footage are included only when specified in the purchased service.

15. Floor Plans, Measurements and Property Information

Floor plans, measurements, calculated areas, room labels, dimensions, and related property information are prepared for real estate marketing and general informational purposes.

They are not:

  • A legal survey
  • An appraisal
  • An engineering report
  • An architectural drawing
  • A building-code assessment
  • A guarantee of land, building, or room dimensions
  • A substitute for independent professional verification

Where RMS, GLA, iGUIDE, Matterport, CubiCasa, or another measurement service is purchased, Cinerey Studios follows a workflow appropriate to the service and applicable region.

Measurements and calculated areas may vary because of property accessibility, wall thickness, finishes, renovations, irregular construction, hidden areas, equipment limitations, interpretation standards, or property complexity.

Any stated accuracy level is a target and not an absolute guarantee.

Clients, buyers, sellers, agents, builders, and other users should independently verify measurements or property information when accuracy is material to a transaction, renovation, valuation, financing, construction project, or legal decision.

16. iGUIDE, Matterport and Hosted Tours

iGUIDE, Matterport, and similar services may include floor plans, measurements, virtual tours, analytics, reports, or other features according to the purchased product.

Processing times and continued availability may depend on the applicable third-party platform.

Matterport tours are hosted for the period stated in the product description, commonly three months unless another period is specified.

After the included hosting period:

  • A hosting extension may be purchased
  • A transfer to the client’s compatible account may be available
  • The tour may be deactivated if hosting is not renewed

Transfer availability depends on the third-party platform, account compatibility, applicable fees, and technical limitations.

iGUIDE analytics, branded features, premium reports, hosting, floor-plan revisions, and other optional services are included only where identified in the purchased service.

17. Revisions and Additional Editing

One round of reasonable minor revisions is included when requested within three business days of delivery, unless the product description states otherwise.

Minor revisions may include limited corrections such as:

  • Small exposure or colour adjustments
  • Minor perspective corrections
  • Correcting an obvious editing issue
  • Minor title or text corrections
  • Replacing an available shot within the existing project scope

Minor revisions do not include a complete re-edit, change in creative direction, restaging, reshooting, new deliverables, extensive retouching, or work that was not included in the original booking.

Additional fees may apply to:

  • Object or garbage removal
  • Furniture removal or replacement
  • Major window or reflection correction
  • Sky replacement
  • Lawn repair
  • Heavy retouching
  • Virtual renovations
  • Advanced compositing
  • Branding changes
  • Alternate video versions
  • Additional revision rounds
  • Requests submitted after the revision period
  • Changes resulting from incomplete or incorrect client instructions

Revision requests should be submitted together in one organized message through email or Aryeo where available.

Cinerey Studios may determine whether a request is a correction, minor revision, advanced edit, or new service.

18. AI-Assisted Editing and Digitally Altered Media

Cinerey Studios may use artificial intelligence and other digital tools as part of its editing workflow.

AI-assisted or digitally altered services may include:

  • Virtual staging
  • Furniture replacement
  • Digital decluttering
  • Object removal
  • Digital twilight conversion
  • Seasonal changes
  • Lawn, sky, or landscaping enhancement
  • Virtual renovations
  • Image restoration
  • AI video transitions
  • Other visual modifications

These services are intended for visual marketing and illustrative purposes.

AI-assisted results may contain minor imperfections, inconsistencies, or interpretations. Cinerey Studios will make reasonable efforts to provide a professional result but does not guarantee that every generated detail will perfectly represent the physical property.

Digitally altered media must not be used to intentionally conceal a material property defect, misrepresent the permanent condition of the property, or deceive prospective buyers, tenants, or other viewers.

The client is responsible for determining and following all disclosure, labelling, advertising, brokerage, MLS, REALTOR®, Airbnb, platform, and legal requirements applicable to altered media.

Where disclosure is required, the client is responsible for ensuring that appropriate disclosure remains visible wherever the media is published.

19. Copyright and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, videos, floor plans, graphics, websites, edits, tours, source files, and other creative works produced by Cinerey Studios remain protected by copyright.

Copyright and ownership remain with Cinerey Studios.

Payment for a project does not transfer copyright. Payment provides the client with a limited licence to use the final delivered media according to these Terms.

Cinerey Studios retains the right to preserve project files, display permitted work in its portfolio, and enforce its copyright and licensing rights.

20. Client Licence and Permitted Use

After full payment, the purchasing client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to use the final delivered media to market the photographed property for the listing or campaign for which the media was purchased.

Permitted use may include:

  • MLS listings
  • Brokerage websites
  • Property websites
  • Organic social-media posts
  • Digital advertisements for the active listing
  • Printed marketing for the active listing
  • Email marketing for the active listing
  • Other reasonable property-listing promotion

The licence does not permit the client to sell, transfer, assign, sublicense, or distribute the media for another party’s independent marketing use.

21. Prohibited and Additional Uses

Unless written permission and any applicable licensing fee have been arranged, media may not be:

  • Resold
  • Submitted to stock-media libraries
  • Transferred to another listing agent
  • Reused for a future listing
  • Used by a builder, developer, designer, stager, contractor, architect, property manager, hotel, Airbnb operator, publication, supplier, or other third party
  • Used in unrelated advertising
  • Used for product promotion
  • Used in a paid commercial brand campaign
  • Materially altered by another party
  • Presented as another photographer’s or company’s work
  • Used to train an artificial-intelligence system or dataset

Sharing a gallery link for viewing does not grant the recipient a licence to download, publish, or commercially use the media.

A separate licence may be purchased for builders, designers, stagers, Airbnb or short-term rental marketing, property-management use, publications, commercial campaigns, future listings, or other extended uses.

22. Relisting and Change of Representation

The client’s licence is associated with the original purchasing client and the original marketing purpose.

If the property is relisted by a different agent, brokerage, seller, property manager, builder, or marketing company, the new party must obtain a separate licence before using the media.

The original client may not transfer the media licence as part of a listing cancellation, brokerage change, client handoff, or property-management change.

Cinerey Studios may provide a new licence or new media services at its current rates.

23. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless the client opts out in writing before the scheduled appointment, Cinerey Studios may use selected media for legitimate portfolio and promotional purposes, including:

  • The Cinerey Studios website
  • Social-media accounts
  • Digital advertising
  • Printed marketing
  • Service demonstrations
  • Proposals and presentations
  • Award submissions
  • Educational or behind-the-scenes content

Cinerey Studios will use reasonable discretion regarding sensitive, occupied, off-market, or confidential properties.

A portfolio opt-out does not prevent Cinerey Studios from securely retaining files for operational, legal, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.

Cinerey Studios will not knowingly publish confidential access instructions, alarm codes, lockbox codes, financial documents, or similar sensitive information.

24. Privacy and Personal Information

Cinerey Studios may collect information reasonably required to:

  • Communicate with clients
  • Schedule and perform services
  • Process bookings and payments
  • Deliver media
  • Maintain project records
  • Provide customer support
  • Manage licensing and hosting
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and operational requirements
  • Send service-related communications
  • Send marketing communications where permitted

Information may include names, contact details, billing information, property addresses, access instructions, service history, communications, and other information voluntarily provided by the client.

Cinerey Studios may use reputable third-party providers for booking, invoicing, payment processing, file delivery, gallery hosting, cloud storage, analytics, email, virtual tours, and business administration.

Only information reasonably required for those services will be shared.

Payment-card details are generally processed by the applicable payment provider and are not intended to be directly stored by Cinerey Studios.

Cinerey Studios takes reasonable measures to protect personal information but cannot guarantee that electronic storage or transmission will be completely secure.

Clients should not send highly sensitive personal information through ordinary email, text message, booking notes, or property-access instructions unless necessary.

Privacy questions or requests may be submitted using the contact information at the end of these Terms.

25. Gallery Retention, Archive Storage and Re-Delivery

Aryeo galleries and downloadable files are typically hosted for up to 12 months from the original delivery date.

Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up all delivered media promptly after receiving access.

After the hosting period, a gallery may be removed, disabled, or deleted without further notice.

Cinerey Studios is not a permanent cloud-storage provider. Long-term storage of delivered media remains the client’s responsibility.

If archived media remains available, Cinerey Studios may restore gallery access or re-upload the project for a:

$49 CAD archive retrieval fee, plus applicable tax.

The retrieval fee covers the search, preparation, upload, and restoration process. It does not guarantee that all original deliverables remain available.

Archived media is not guaranteed to be recoverable.

Cinerey Studios may permanently delete source files, delivered files, project files, galleries, or backups at any time after the applicable retention period.

26. Refunds and Service Concerns

Because real estate media services involve reserved appointment time, labour, travel, production, editing, customized deliverables, and third-party costs, all sales are final once services have been performed or media has been delivered, except where otherwise required by law.

Refunds are not provided solely because of:

  • Subjective creative preferences
  • A property not selling or renting
  • A listing being cancelled
  • A seller changing agents
  • A client deciding not to publish the media
  • MLS or platform compression
  • Platform rejection outside Cinerey Studios’ control
  • Conditions present at the property
  • Information supplied incorrectly by the client

If a delivered file contains a technical problem or clear processing error, the client must notify Cinerey Studios within 48 hours of delivery.

Cinerey Studios will have a reasonable opportunity to correct, replace, re-export, or re-deliver the affected item before a refund or other remedy is considered.

Any approved refund will normally be limited to the affected service or undelivered portion of the project.

27. Subcontractors and Team Members

Cinerey Studios may use trained employees, photographers, videographers, drone pilots, editors, assistants, measurement technicians, and independent subcontractors to perform part or all of a service.

The use of a subcontractor does not change the client’s payment responsibilities or these Terms.

Scheduling may be adjusted to assign an available qualified team member.

28. Safety and Right to Refuse Service

Cinerey Studios may pause, decline, or discontinue work when conditions appear unsafe, unlawful, inappropriate, or likely to damage equipment or property.

This may include:

  • Aggressive or unsecured animals
  • Harassment or threatening behaviour
  • Suspected infestations
  • Biohazards
  • Illegal activity
  • Unsafe construction
  • Structural hazards
  • Dangerous weather
  • Restricted areas
  • Unsafe electrical conditions
  • Excessive smoke or air-quality concerns
  • Hazardous materials
  • Unsafe drone conditions
  • Dangerous access routes

The client may remain responsible for work already completed, reserved time, travel, third-party costs, and any required return visit.

29. Drone and Aerial Services

Drone services are subject to:

  • Weather
  • Wind
  • Visibility
  • Precipitation
  • Air quality
  • Property conditions
  • Airspace restrictions
  • Temporary flight restrictions
  • NOTAMs
  • Proximity to airports or heliports
  • Operator certification requirements
  • Transport Canada rules
  • Safe operating judgment

The drone operator has final authority over whether a flight can proceed safely and lawfully.

Specific altitudes, routes, views, angles, and shots cannot be guaranteed.

If aerial services cannot be completed, Cinerey Studios may, where reasonable:

  • Reschedule the aerial portion
  • Complete eligible ground services
  • Apply a credit for the uncompleted aerial portion
  • Refund the uncompleted aerial portion

The appropriate option will depend on the booking, location, weather, restrictions, travel, and work already completed.

A return-visit or travel fee may apply when the client requests a separate aerial appointment or when circumstances at the property prevent the originally scheduled flight.

30. Property Damage and Personal Belongings

Cinerey Studios will take reasonable care while working at the property.

The client is responsible for securing valuable, fragile, confidential, hazardous, or irreplaceable belongings before the appointment.

Cinerey Studios is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable objects, unsecured items, concealed hazards, normal wear, property defects, or damage resulting from conditions outside its reasonable control.

Any concern regarding alleged property damage must be reported promptly and supported with reasonable evidence.

31. Client Responsibility for Published Content

The client is responsible for reviewing final media before publishing or distributing it.

This includes reviewing:

  • Property addresses
  • Measurements
  • Floor-plan labels
  • Names and branding
  • Contact information
  • Captions
  • Voiceovers
  • Written claims
  • Feature descriptions
  • Digitally altered content
  • Disclosure labels

Cinerey Studios is not responsible for inaccurate property claims, advertising representations, listing information, legal descriptions, pricing, room uses, zoning statements, or other information supplied or approved by the client.

32. Force Majeure

Cinerey Studios is not liable for delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Severe weather
  • Wildfire or wildfire smoke
  • Flooding
  • Natural disaster
  • Power outage
  • Internet outage
  • Platform outage
  • Transportation disruption
  • Government restriction
  • Public emergency
  • Labour disruption
  • Illness or injury
  • Equipment failure
  • Supply interruption
  • Airspace restriction
  • Building closure
  • Other unforeseen events

Cinerey Studios will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and reschedule, substitute, credit, or complete affected services where practical.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinerey Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss.

This includes claims involving:

  • Lost sales
  • Lost commissions
  • Lost rental revenue
  • Lost profits
  • Listing delays
  • MLS rejection
  • Platform removal
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Reputational harm
  • Third-party compression
  • Third-party outages
  • Lost or deleted files after the retention period

Cinerey Studios’ total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount actually paid to Cinerey Studios for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

34. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the client agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • The client’s unauthorized use of media
  • The client’s violation of these Terms
  • Incorrect information supplied by the client
  • Failure to obtain required property access or permission
  • Failure to disclose digitally altered media where required
  • Unlawful, misleading, or infringing publication of delivered content
  • Third-party use authorized by the client without proper licensing

This section does not apply to losses caused solely by Cinerey Studios’ proven wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

35. Changes to Services or Terms

Cinerey Studios may update its prices, service descriptions, hosting periods, delivery methods, fees, and Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version in effect when the client books a project will generally apply to that project unless:

  • The parties agree otherwise in writing
  • The booking is materially changed
  • A recurring or continuing service renews
  • A change is required by law or a third-party platform

Updated Terms apply to bookings made after their stated effective date.

36. Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Cinerey Studios’ decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

An exception, discount, accommodation, or goodwill gesture does not permanently modify these Terms.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the confirmed booking, service description, quotation, invoice, and any written project-specific agreement, form the agreement between the client and Cinerey Studios.

If a project-specific written agreement directly conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific written agreement will control only for the conflicting matter.

Verbal discussions do not modify these Terms unless confirmed in writing.

38. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, unless another governing law is required by legislation that cannot be excluded.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before beginning formal proceedings.

39. Contact Information
